If you want to build a timber-frame house, you made a very good decision!

The property owner has to present a blueprint along with the bulding permit, and build a foundation for the house to be built on. The machinery, the shingles, and roof tiles have to be purchased (or rented) by the owner. A close apporximation of the final price can be calculated from the construction plans. The installation of the roof structure as well as insulating the walls and the foundation are included in the price. The is wood fire-proofed and treated against insects and fungi. Orders are fulfilled within four months. The type of wood used is larch.
